Facilitator Information

Donna SteffeyJulie Patrick – Julie Patrick is a learning and performance consultant with JP Learning Associates. Julie has been a trainer, facilitator, and instructional designer since 1992. As a former manager of a corporate university, Julie was responsible for new employee orientation, leadership and management, sales, client training, systems, and administrative training programs. She holds numerous certifications, including DDI, AchieveGlobal, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment, and designs and implements training and development solutions that help clients achieve their desired business results. Julie also serves as an in-person and online facilitator for ATD's Master Training Programs Certificate Programs. 

 

 

Christie WardChristie Ward- Christie Ward, CSP, is the principal for the iMPACT Institute, where she seeks to align communications skills with high performance, productivity, and effective leadership. Prior to this role Ms. Ward served as director of training for CareerTrack, Inc., where she coached and managed more than 200 of the best professional trainers around the world. Ms. Ward has been involved with ASTD for 22 years as a chapter member, chapter president, and a three-year term on ASTD's National Advisors for Chapters. She was appointed to the ASTD board of directors in 2011.
