The world’s leading companies know that branding is critical to stand apart from their competition. But branding isn't just for big companies with big advertising budgets. To win in today's competitive market, personal branding is critical in propelling your career. Every person has a brand—by default or by design. In this session, gain tips, tricks, and strategies to help you learn about your brand so you can take control, stand out from the crowd, and be a rock star at work. You will learn core principles of personal branding: how and why to take control of your brand; how celebrities create brands to stand out, and how you can too; how others perceive your brand in an interactive exercise; how you can apply your top brand attributes on the job and online to stand out and advance your career; and how to communicate your value and brand in terms decision-makers love so you can be recognized for your contributions and increase your compensation. Explore brief case studies of people just like you who’ve used personal branding to advance their careers. This session is highly interactive. You will be expected to move, brainstorm, and take action.

Application on the Job:

  • Have a greater understanding of how others perceive you, so you can use what works to win at work.
