This comprehensive certificate program provides a solid foundation in all aspects of measuring and evaluating learning and performance solutions. Through smallgroup interactions, application exercises, and a running case study, you’ll gain the skills to determine the impact of learning programs and develop and implement an evaluation strategy for your organization.
