Rapid Video Development for Learning Certificate

Produce quality video quickly, affordably, and with confidence.

Talent development professionals are increasingly called on to create video content that extends learning beyond the classroom as well as to introduce more learning resources into classroom training. This course illuminates how to use consumer-level equipment to create engaging video that looks professional and reinforces learning. Drawing on both media psychology and learning theory, the course takes you through a step-by-step planning process for structuring learner-centered didactic video. Plan a storyboard and write an engaging script, learn the video production process, streamline production to turn out video faster, effectively use a camera and compose shots, and edit video.

The Rapid Video Development for Learning Certificate program will take place May 17-18, 2019 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day.
