How does it work?

On July 26, attendees will be granted access to the ATD21 conference platform to select from the available sessions. This will allow you to reserve your seat in that session, and it will automatically add the session to your personal agenda within the platform. The conference platform is also available as a mobile app, so you can easily navigate your reservations onsite.

Throughout the conference, staff will be verifying registration at the door for each session, to ensure that all attendees have reserved a spot in that session.

To prepare for session registration opening, we recommend taking some time to look over the schedule and have in mind your top 3 sessions for each time slot in the event one of your preferred sessions if full. This way you can optimize your learning experience onsite. You can only select one session per time block when planning your calendar. If you try to sign up for a session that conflicts with another in that time block, you will receive an error message. You will need to select the “X Remove” button to remove the session from your agenda, before you can select a new session within the same time block (if space is available).

More communication will be sent to registered attendees in the coming weeks. If you have not registered yet, we highly recommend registering before July 26 to secure your seat for the best onsite learning experience.

Session Registration Process

1. On July 26, you will find all the sessions opened and ready for you to choose.

2. When you click on a session you'll find the name, date, time, description. To reserve your seat you must click on the "+ " sign or "Reserve My Spot" button.

3. Once you have clicked, you will see an "Added" box to confirm your session has been reserved.

4. If you change your mind and would like to switch sessions in the same time slot , you can cancel your session by hovering over the button and click "Remove."

5. Sessions that require pre-registration, a ticket, or a separate registration fee, such as CTDO programming, ATD Certificate Programs and Networking night, will not have a "Reserve My Spot" button. ATD will add the session directly to your agenda once you have paid the separate registration fee, purchased a ticket, or pre-registered for that event. You will not be able to add or remove the session from your agenda.
