This session will link the analysis and evaluation pieces of the ADDIE framework to better inform design, development, and implementation. While this session will focus on evaluation, you will learn how to design stronger learning programs that are directly linked to addressing business issues and that have demonstrable results beyond Level 2.

• Translate business problems or challenges into course goals.
• Determine course success criteria using Kirkpatrick’s four levels of training evaluation.
