Delivering and measuring learning programs is hard. It’s even more challenging when learners aren’t employees. In a franchise model, learners need a standardized experience. In this session, the speakers will discuss training the extended enterprise, as well as American Dairy Queen Corporation’s new approach and the tools it uses to deliver training to franchise owners and restaurant employees.
