Instructional Design
Learning with and from others is an excellent way to leverage capability building. It can help us see the same experience from different perspectives, enabling broader insight. But building personal capability is not just about gaining information and insights; it’s about using these insights and ideas to further actions and performance.
During this session, talent leaders from a variety of organizations will practice using a reflection trigger to gain new insights and then share how to use the information to create action steps. Understanding this versatile tool will enable you to summarize information and solve problems faster—both individually and in groups—because it always leads to action steps.
Note: Because this session is highly interactive, attendance will be capped at 60 people and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to popular demand, this session will be presented twice.
