Resilience can be conceptualized as either an outcome or a set of traits and behaviors contributing to a return to normal following stress, adversity, or trauma. This session presents original research about both ways to conceptualize resilience and reviews, including 12 evidence-based coping and lifestyle behaviors to enhance individual resilience.
