Employee resource groups (ERGs) can be an asset and an accelerant in a culture change process, but they can’t do it alone. To be most effective, they must be part of the package in a change effort; they must not be seen as the package. During this session, identify six traps ERGs face and discuss strategies for avoiding and mitigating those traps.
