Diversity, equity, and inclusion is a critical topic for training and talent development professionals, yet facilitating conversations on DEI can be intense, volatile, and even harmful if the conversations aren’t managed well. During this workshop, we will discuss the improvisational art that is DEI dialogue, identify common challenges, and practice methods to facilitate constructive DEI dialogues. You will have the opportunity to practice responding to challenging real-life situations that may occur.
