Vice President of Learning and Leadership, Walmart
Brandon Carson is the Vice President of Learning and Leadership at Walmart, and is responsible for talent development strategies in support of the overall US business strategy. Prior to joining Walmart, Brandon led the learning and development team for Delta Air Lines' global airport operations. In his past, he has held global learning leadership roles with Home Depot, Microsoft, and Apple. In 2020, he founded L&D Cares (www.ldcares.org), a nonprofit dedicated to providing coaching, mentoring, and support to help talent professionals thrive and flourish in their career.

Brandon has authored two books, Learning in the Age of Immediacy and L&D's Playbook for the Digital Age, both published by ATD Press. As a speaker, Brandon talks about digital transformation, innovation, employee experience, and how the digital age impacts workplace performance. He holds a M.Ed in Educational Technology, a BA in Business, and certification in advanced analysis.
