Dr. Carol Henry is a senior HR leader who recently transitioned to a role in Data Governance & Analytics following her completion of the PennCLO Program. Her research focuses on the mindsets and behaviors that leaders found effective in helping their organizations to adapt to the future workplace ushered in by the COVID-19 pandemic.
