My background consist of medical device and pharmaceutical leadership experience. I carried the bag for a few years before being promoted into management, where I led a team of reps. Ultimately, I landed in the training department and the magic began. I quickly can to the realization that I very much enjoy helping people develop their professional skills. I hold a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and a Master's degree from the University of Redlands.
