Katy Bailey is the Senior Product Lead, Leadership division of GP Strategies, overseeing GP’s leadership development suite of vILT, ILT & digital course offerings. Katy has extensive experience consulting, developing and implementing training solutions for global clients. Katy has Master’s Degrees in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco, and Higher Education Administration from Canisius College. She also holds a SHRM-CP credential & is an ATD Power Member.
