With a career spanning more than two decades in learning and development, Dr. Keith F. Keating is the chief learning officer at Archwell and the founder of the capabilities academy - Archwell Academies. Prior to joining Archwell, Keith was the head of the global learning network for General Motors. Keith has earned an MBA in business leadership from the City University of New York, and a master’s and a doctorate in education from the University of Pennsylvania's Chief Learning Officer program.
