Kim Kyoung-su is a civil servant of the Republic of Korea. He is working in the Ministry of Personal Management (MPM) which is a central government agency responsible for designing and implementing a variety of public personnel policies including human resource development. He is in charge of the overall planning of the HRD platform where rich and diverse content powered by digital technology helps public officials learn anytime, anywhere to improve skills and expertise. He also worked in supporting the Prime Minister in the area of personnel management and preventing retired civil servants from having unethical relationships with incumbents. He received a bachelor’s degree in ethics education from Seoul National University of the Republic of Korea.
