Li-Ming Yang manages the full life cycle of learning programs for in-demand technical skills at Booz Allen Hamilton. She partners with internal customers while using enterprise-wide platforms to analyze current trends and identify training needs. She also drives and secures partner relationships to curate training portfolios and engage employees across the firm in different learning opportunities. Prior to this role, she was a learning strategist and instructional systems designer leading the development and delivery of learning solutions for government agencies. She has a master of education in curriculum and instruction from Boston College and project management professional (PMP) and silver-level Kirkpatrick certifications. She now lives in Northern Virginia.
