Raafi is co-author of Building an Inclusive Organization and a contributing author to The Key to Inclusion. His key expertise lie in measurement of diversity and inclusion in organisations. The award-winning Inclusion Diagnostic, a statistically validated, quantitative behavioural metric, has been used in organisations globally. Raafi has a Bachelor’s and Masters in Public Policy from Harvard University, and was a Research Fellow at the Center for Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School.
