Reem Al-Ghanim’s purpose revolves around unleashing talent and organizational capabilities. She enjoys improving functions by focusing on stakeholder needs, talent enablement, and strategic alignment. She recently completed an assignment at a Saudi Aramco Affiliate organization, SATORP, a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and TotalEnergies, and has returned to Saudi Aramco headquarters for another exciting opportunity. She holds an MEd in HR development from the University of Minnesota and a BA in English Education from the University of Bahrain.
