Rodrigo F. Lara has more than 20 years of experience in the training industry and is a Chilean expert in ROI and measurement and evaluation. He is CEO of MAS Consultores and the ROI Institute in Latin America. Lara also has been a professor at several universities in Chile and has presented in multiple conferences throughout Latin America and the United States. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business administration, a master’s degree in human resources, and the ROI Methodology Certification from the ROI Institute.
