Tina Irby is responsible for creating Grainger’s learning and leadership development and early-in-career strategy. She also manages portfolios that develop and deploy cost-effective learning solutions to build team member and leader effectiveness for the organization. Tina holds an Associate of Arts degree in paralegal studies from Central Piedmont College. Currently, she serves on the ATD Forum Advisory Group.
