Viet Hoang is a facilitator with Pint Size Ideas, a creative group that explores the intersection of business, science, and art. Viet has been in talent development for more than fifteen years and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by HRCI, a Professional Certified Coach by ICF, and a Senior Certified Professional by SHRM. He is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and is a DDI Certified Facilitator. A graduate of the Second City Conservatory, Viet is a founding member of two Los Angeles–based improv troupes.
