Fundamentals of Performance Consulting
In your organization, do managers often come to you having already determined that a learning solution is needed for a particular business problem? In this workshop, you’ll practice consulting skills to reframe a learning solution request into a discussion of the business and performance results the client is seeking. Templates and tools are included.
- Use a strategic mental model to align four organizational needs: business, performance, organizational, and individual.
- Analyze clients’ requests using should-is-cause logic to determine what is known and unknown about a specific situation.
- Ask powerful questions to reframe tactical requests for learning solutions into strategic discussions of desired results.
