There are two ways you can participate in ATD26:
In-person at ATD26 Los Angeles, CA: Join us in person for a face-to-face event. This event will deliver access to 300+ live sessions, an active EXPO floor, and networking opportunities. When you join us, you will also get access to the ATD26 virtual conference platform and on-demand content.
ATD26 Virtual Conference: Join a global audience for live-stream sessions from Los Angeles, CA, virtual-only content, and more. ATD26 Virtual is ideal for anyone with limited funding or an inability to travel.
All attendees must have a badge to attend ATD26 events.
Yes, the ATD International Conference is typically attended by people from over 80 countries. We offer unique opportunities for our global audience to connect through various networking events and in our Global Village. ATD26 will use Snapsight AI in selected session rooms to provide real-time AI insights and live translation. Snapsight AI supports more than 75 modern languages, and attendees can self-select their preferred language at any time during the session. Live translation, AI transcription, key take-aways, and an idea cloud will be available in real time during the session through the mobile app.

Registration is open online now and opens onsite Saturday, May 16. Registration is open through the end of the conference.

Yes, there is a group discount. To set up a conference team (5+ people), please visit our Teams page on the ATD26 website. Rates change according to date, so purchase your conference team passes early.
Yes, there is a student discount. To qualify for the student rate, you must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours per year (or the equivalent of at least half-time) at an accredited university or college or be an active ATD chapter student member. The member rate is $525, and the non-member rate is $825. Registration is available on the Rates Page of the ATD26 website.
Yes! Discounted rates for government employees are available through our standard registration process on the Rates Page of the ATD26 website.
Yes! Day passes are available Sunday–Wednesday and can be purchased through the standard registration process on the Rates Page of the ATD26 website.
A limited number of Daily Conference & EXPO passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. However, the daily pass on Sunday excludes entry to the EXPO hall.
EXPO only passes are available Monday-Wednesday and can be purchased through the standard registration process on the Rates Page of the ATD26 website.
Attendees can pick up their badge at Express Badge Pickup in the South Lobby. Please scan the QR code in your confirmation email at a printing station or search by name.

Participant substitutions of registrations may be made in advance by a person or representative of the organization who paid for the registration by submitting the written request to ATD at customercare@td.org. If an ATD member transfers his or her registration to a non-member, the non-member must pay the difference between the ATD member and non-member rate at the time of the transfer.
Your full conference registration includes access to all keynotes and concurrent sessions, access to the EXPO, lunch and dessert on Monday and Tuesday, coffee/tea during breaks Monday-Wednesday, EXPO receptions with light bites and specialty drinks on Sunday and Tuesday, shuttle transportation between many hotels and the convention center, and unique networking opportunities. ATD26 session materials are available in electronic format only, and conference attendees have multiple options for accessing them.
- Mobile: Access session materials within the ATD Conferences & Events mobile app. Note that program and session search will not be available on the td.org website, only through the conference mobile app and online Session and Exhibitor Directory.
- Virtual Platform: Access materials for virtual and on demand sessions through the Online Session and Exhibitor Directory, which is also the conference virtual platform.

VIP Package Information
ATD26 will deliver a really great experience for you. However, we recognize there are some aspects of events that are less convenient than others. So, like a VIP concert experience, our VIP add-ons are designed to enhance your experience and provide some additional comfort and convenience for you.

Step back into the role of learner during these hands-on experiences designed to spark connection and curiosity. Try something new while networking with fellow talent development professionals in a relaxed, creative setting.
- Advanced registration and an additional fee are required. These experiences are held off-site (within 3 miles of the convention center).

ATD26 Virtual
ATD26 has partnered with Swapcard for the ATD Virtual Platform. The Online Session & Exhibitor Directory is also our virtual platform. Once registered, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the virtual platform.

Access ATD26 conference session recordings via the ATD Online Session and Exhibitor Directory, which also serves as the conference virtual platform. Content streamed and recorded virtually during the conference will be available beginning May 27, 2026. *All recorded sessions will be available in the conference virtual platform until August 24, 2026. ATD members will have access to archived session recordings on td.org after the on-demand period ends.
*Recordings are subject to change in the event of technical issues.
Attendees with a Full Conference Registration, a Virtual Conference Registration or a Daily + Virtual Registration will have access to the virtual platform.
Virtual platform access is not included with Daily or EXPO-only passes.

You will need access to Zoom to participate in the virtual program. All conference participants can utilize the web version of Zoom or download the most recent version of Zoom prior to the conference start date. Whether you’re attending from your home office, at work, or on the go, our virtual program makes it easy to learn, engage, and network – just like you would in person!
Yes, ATD strives to be as inclusive as possible. If you have questions or require special accommodations or auxiliary aid related to a disability for you to participate in the Conference, please fill out the ATD Conference Accessibility Survey at least three weeks in advance (by April 24, 2026) so we have ample time to make accommodations. A team member will be in touch, and we will make every effort to work with you to accommodate your needs.
Yes, one of the best parts about attending an ATD conference has always been the lasting relationships you build with the people with whom you meet and learn from. Once you’ve logged in, we recommend that you set up your profile including adding your photo, bio, and X and LinkedIn handles. Customizing your profile will make it easier for people with similar roles and interests to connect with you.
You can also participate in one of our Community Conversations for some facilitated opportunities to meet and discuss key topics with your industry peers. The ATD virtual program will be advertised in the Pacific Time Zone. The Online Session and Exhibitor Directory will show sessions in your time zone unless otherwise specified.
ATD26 Virtual Platform & Conference App
You must be registered for ATD26 to access the Session Scheduler and Exhibitor Directory List through Swapcard. Once registered, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access these features using Swapcard.
Yes, ATD26 has a comprehensive mobile application to help you navigate the onsite experience. It will be available in early May. The mobile app and virtual platform are synced and will update both as you engage with either format.
ATD is now partnered with a new app provider. The new app will be available in early May. The previous ATD Conferences & Events app is no longer valid and can be deleted from your device.
Meals
ATD will provide lunch and dessert in the EXPO on Monday and Tuesday, as well as light bites and specialty drinks during EXPO receptions on Sunday and Tuesday, and coffee & tea during EXPO hours. If you have specific restrictions or need special meal accommodations, please fill out this ATD Conference Accessibility Survey by April 24, 2026, so we can plan accordingly. If you have already filled out this survey upon registering, there is no need to fill it out again. A team member will be in touch closer to the conference if more information is needed.
Accessibility
Wheelchairs are available on a first come first serve basis daily free of charge from the Los Angeles Convention Center. Convention Center Staff can bring a wheelchair to you anywhere on the Convention Center campus or bring it to your vehicle if needed. Please contact them upon arrival at 213.700.2892 or ask security to contact them for assistance.
Scooter rentals will be available for ATD26 from the rental companies below. Rates and supply vary by rental company. Visit the Hotel & Travel page for a full list of vendors.
ATD events are accessible to all participants. If you have questions or require special accommodations or auxiliary aid related to a disability for you to participate in the Conference, please fill out the ATD Conference Accessibility Survey at least three weeks in advance (by April 24, 2026) so we have ample time to make accommodations. A team member will be in touch, and we will make every effort to work with you to accommodate your needs.
The Los Angeles Convention Center has two private lounges with comfortable seating and power outlets located in the First Aid areas in the South and West Halls. Overflow space will be offered in Room 508A with three additional draped spaces, each with a table, chair, and power outlet. Storage is not provided.
Women’s and men’s prayer and meditation rooms are available for attendees for spiritual purposes, located in Room 508B and 508C, respectively.
Whether attendees need to recharge, reduce stress, or simply take a moment for self-reflection, the Sensory Room offers a retreat for attendees to rejuvenate their sense and enhance their overall conference experience. Located in Room 513.
First Aid will be provided onsite by First Rescue EMS located in the West and South Halls.

Hotel & Travel
ATD negotiates reduced rates for rooms at a selection of Los Angeles hotels and uses a reservation booking site powered by Convention Management Resources, Inc. (CMR). By staying in the ATD hotel block, you help support the conference and allow us to negotiate better rates for future events. Book Here.

Though many of the conference hotels are walkable, a complimentary shuttle service is provided between many of the Los Angeles Convention Center and the official ATD hotels. Please see the Hotel & Travel page for more details.

The last day to change or cancel your reservation through ATD Housing is Monday May 4, 2026. Contact ATD Housing through the Hotel Support Center, or call 888.237.7268. Beginning Wednesday, May 6, 2026, all changes and cancellations must be made directly through your hotel.

CE Credit at ATD26
ATD26 is eligible for continuing education (CE) hours with the ATD CI, HRCI, and SHRM. You must complete an evaluation for each session attended in person and sessions watched virtually or on demand to receive credit for the session on the ATD26 CE transcript.
Starting May 27, 2026, you can download your transcript and certificate of attendance to self-report earned continuing education credits (CEs) for certification or recertification with each credentialing body, from the same link as the survey evaluations.
You can access session evaluations through the conference mobile app. You will also receive a separate email from speakers@td.org with information about how to access session evaluations online. The session evaluation will close on August 24, 2026. After August 24, you can only print a copy of your certificate of attendance. You will not be able to add additional sessions to your transcript.
Social Media
ATD encourages posting ATD event content on social media networks to share information and publicize sessions, speakers, or the conference in general, provided that only content excerpts are used and presentation material is not reproduced in full. Speakers should be referenced and cited appropriately in each case.
Note: Speakers are encouraged to permit the use of social media during their sessions; however, each speaker has the right to prohibit the capture or sharing of content from their session.

During ATD events, photography and videography by individuals for personal use are permitted at social events, in the EXPO, in session rooms, and in public spaces, providing that it is not disruptive to other attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, or the overall event. Recording of sessions is not permitted without receiving approval from the presenters.
