ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Darryl Wyles

Darryl Wyles, CPTD, believes that every conversation has the power to create change. As a senior facilitator with the Association for Talent Development (ATD), he helps leaders, teams, and organizations turn dialogue into action through purposeful, human-centered learning experiences.

With more than 25 years of experience in talent development, Darryl brings presence, clarity, and professionalism to every engagement. He is known for creating spaces where people feel seen, respected, and empowered to contribute—spaces where ideas move, trust grows, and progress happens. His facilitation style combines deep preparation with high emotional intelligence, allowing him to read the room, adapt in the moment, and guide groups toward alignment and meaningful outcomes.

As coauthor of Facilitation in Action: Finding Your Authentic Training Style, Darryl inspires others to lead with authenticity and intention. His career spans leadership roles in both government and financial services, where he built learning programs from the ground up and helped transform how people work, communicate, and grow together.

Whether in the classroom, the boardroom, stage, or virtual space, Darryl’s mission is simple: to help people connect with purpose, communicate with impact, and collaborate with courage. He reminds audiences that when we bring our full selves to the conversation, real change begins.
