Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the ATD 2025 International Conference & EXPO. For decades, ATD has gathered thousands of talent development professionals from around the world to collaborate, network, and learn together at our premier annual event.

As the conference needs have changed over the years, more responsibility has fallen on the volunteers, leading to unanticipated challenges. In recent years we’ve also experienced more volunteer cancellations than ever before, which, in some cases, placed more of a burden on volunteers who were able to fulfill their volunteer commitment each day.

While ATD discontinued the volunteer program in 2024, we want to express our gratitude to past  volunteers by providing a low-cost option to attend in Washington, DC. It is our way of saying “thank you” to the volunteer community for their continued support of this conference.
