Accessing the Virtual Platform

Please login using the email you used to register and your confirmation. This confirmation was sent to you from atd@mcievents.com beginning on May 15.

Need your confirmation number?

  • Click here and click “Request Confirmation Number” and then “Forgot your confirmation number?”
  • Enter your full name and email.
  • Click “Submit” to have your confirmation number sent to you by email.


Before the Conference 

Your profile in the virtual platform will be completed using information from your td.org account. Please review your account on td.org advance of the conference to update your title, company and email. 

The option to share your contact information with sponsors is based on your communication preferences. within ATD's website. Under “Choose the email updates you wish to receive” select Promotional Communications to opt in to sponsor communication.  

ATD24 attendees will be sent an email containing their login information on May 15.

Tips & Tricks: Be sure to explore these top tips to ensure the best possible experience on the platform:  

Make sure your browser is up to date with the latest version. We recommend using Google Chrome. Download Chrome here. Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Opera are also supported. Internet Explorer is not supported.  

  • Make sure your operating system is up to date. We support Windows 7 or later and Mac OS 10.12 or later.   

  • Make sure your camera and microphone have permission to be used. Check your browser and device settings.  

  • Disable browser extensions or plugins that are large or privacy-related.  

  • Download Zoom in advance of the meeting. If you already have Zoom downloaded, we recommend updating to the most current version of Zoom.  

  • Disconnect from any VPN.

During the Conference 

Introduce Yourself: Find like-minded peers. Join conversations on the social feed and get to know your conference colleagues.   

Engage With Sessions: Participate in live chats and Super Session Q&As. (menti-meter, when available). Download handouts and slides.   

Make Connections: Take advantage of our live networking events. Turn on your video and get face-to-face with fellow conference participants.   

Discover Solutions: Dive into the latest products and services from today’s leading providers in the  virtual marketplace. You can click on the request information button to have a representative from that company reach out to you, view their resources, and visit their website.

After the Conference 

Continue Learning: All on-demand sessions will be available beginning May 28, 2024. On-demand access will close on August 23, 2024. Complete your session evaluations and download your certificate of attendance and transcript before August 23.   

Use Your Network: Keep in touch with your new connections. Be each other’s accountability buddies for implementing lessons learned.   

Empower Others: Share your ATD24 learnings with your team.   

Knowledge in Practice: Incorporate what you’ve learned at ATD24 into your professional development strategy.  

ATD24 Mobile App 

The ATD Conferences & Events mobile app will launch in May. We recommend that you uninstall and then reinstall the app to make sure you have the most up-to-date version.  

  • Download ATD Conferences & Events in your app store. 
  • Select ATD 2024 International Conference & EXPO from the list of Latest Events. 
  • Create Account  
  • Enter your information to finish claiming your account. 
  • or Login Using Your Email and Access Key. The login for the ATD24 session and directory you set up now will be your login to the ATD24 Conference Mobile App.  

One of the best features of the mobile conference app is that it will allow you to work offline or if your phone is on airplane mode. To ensure you have the most up-to-date information, please open the app and select the hamburger menu. Select the "refresh mobile app" option to receive any updates made since you originally downloaded the app. We recommend refreshing each morning during the conference to make sure you are up to date.

Certificate of Attendance/Transcript for Continuing Education

ATD24 is CE eligible with ATD CI, HRCI, and SHRM. You must complete an evaluation for each session you attended in-person, watched virtually, or on-demand to receive credit for it on your certificate of attendance and/or transcript. 

Starting May 28, 2024, you can download your transcript and certificate of attendance to self-report earned continuing education credits (CEs) for certification or re-certification with each credentialing body using the same link as the survey evaluations here. Session evaluations can be accessed through the conference mobile app. You will also receive a separate email from speakers@td.org to access session evaluations online. Please log in using your email address as your username and your last name as your password to complete the evaluation for each session you attended. The session evaluation will close on August 23, 2024. After August 23, you will not be able to add additional sessions to your transcript, only print your certificate of attendance and transcript. 

ATD offers certification credits for Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) and Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD). View the full list of sessions that apply by downloading the document here.

SHRM to offer SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP professional development credits (PDCs). This program has been approved for 17 PDCs for in-person attendance and 30 PDCs for on-demand attendance. For more information about certification or recertification, please visit shrmcertification.org.

Networking Night

When you think of New Orleans, you think of Mardi Gras, and this year, we're bringing that legendary celebration to ATD24's Networking Night. It promises to be an unforgettable evening filled with tasty cuisines, vibrant music, hearty laughter, and endless fun. 

Step into the enchanting realm of Mardi Gras right inside the renowned Float Den, where you'll be transported to a world of boundless creativity and a kaleidoscopic of colors. Be prepared to be amazed by the intricate designs and larger-than-life creations that will leave you in awe. The air will be electric with excitement, the live band will set the stage, and the dance floor will be ready for you. 

For a more intimate networking experience, unwind in the Mansion Networking Lounge, savoring cocktails and relishing the authentic flavors of New Orleans while connecting with peers from around the world. And don't miss the parade as the floats come to life, adding a touch of magic to the evening. 

With a limited number of Networking Night tickets available, be sure to secure your spot early. 

Shuttles are provided to and from all official hotels beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21. A complete shuttle schedule will be available in the mobile app and on-site in New Orleans.  

A Networking Night ticket purchase includes your entry ticket to Mardi Gras World and two drink tickets. Please pick up your tickets at the Networking Night Desk in Lobby E before 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21. Your badge will be scanned to track that your ticket was picked up. You must bring your entry ticket and drink tickets with you to Mardi Gras World. Lost or misplaced tickets will not be replaced.  

All guests must be 18 years of age or older and have appropriate identification. If you purchase a ticket for exhibitor personnel, prospective or current clients, or a nonconference attendee to join in the fun, you will need to pick up their tickets along with yours at the Networking Night Desk.

Plan Your EXPO Experience 

Hundreds of suppliers have geared up to bring energy, excitement and product discoveries to you on the EXPO Floor. Our ATD24 exhibitors and sponsors invite you to test innovative technologies, explore the many diverse services offered, comparison shop, and purchase the tools you require to keep pace with the changing industry. You can review the ATD24 exhibitors and sponsors on the Exhibitor Directory or mobile app and filter by areas of categories.  

Favoriting exhibitors will allow you to build your "want to meet" list once you arrive onsite. This list can be built online and or in the mobile app. Your profile in our “Schedule Builder” and “Mobile App” are synced and you will use the same email and access key to login.

For highlights and happenings throughout ATD24, turn to ATD24News. Access the newsfeed from the conference mobile app via the News icon or visit conferencedaily.td.org. Learn what’s happening every day in the "Day at a Glance" article, view photos and watch ATDtv video highlights from the conference, glean insights on ATD offerings, and more.  

On-Site Registration & Badges

ATD Registration will open in New Orleans on Saturday, May 18, at 12:00 p.m. and will be open daily through 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22. 

You will receive an Express Registration Badge Pick-Up email from atd@mcievents.com that includes an express registration barcode. Scan your QR code at our Express Badge Pickup to quickly print your badge on-site.   

Your attendee badge will be completed using information from your td.org account. Please review your account on td.org advance of the conference to update your name, title, company and email.

Luggage Check

Complimentary luggage check will be available in Lobby D on Sunday and Wednesday. There will be a $3 fee per item. We will not accept laptop computers or laptop bags.

First Aid

First aid services are available in Lobby B and Lobby D. For all medical and nonmedical emergencies, please dial 504.582.3034 or use one of the many red phones located in the lobby areas. 

Scooter & Wheelchair Rentals 

Access scooter and wheelchair rentals by using Scootaround. Please contact the company directly for pricing and to make a reservation for a scooter. 

Lunch in the EXPO

Join our exhibitors for lunch at the EXPO. Check out the menu and make your selection, then proceed to that food station entrance to get your badge scanned for pickup. Your badge can be used once per day!   

Monday & Tuesday: 11 a.m.–1:30 p.m.   

Wednesday: 11 a.m.–1 p.m. 

Airport and Transportation

What airport should I fly into?  

The closest airport to the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is located 15.3 miles from the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

ATD does not provide airport shuttle services.

How much is a taxi from the airport to the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center?  

The average taxi fare to the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is approximately $36 (not including tip).  

Shuttles 

ATD provides a complimentary shuttle service between the Convention Center and less walkable conference hotels. Riding the shuttle will help reduce emissions and is more sustainable than every attendee taking their own Uber, Lyft, or taxi from their hotel. The shuttles will run regularly during conference hours.
