This programing is presented by Talent Development Leader, ATD’s brand for your professional development, providing content that fosters and promotes your thought leadership, a community that progresses with your career, and capabilities backed by ATD’s Capability Model that keep you on the leading edge of the field.
ATD Forum Sessions
The ATD Forum is a community designed for learning leaders and their organizations to benchmark with each other. The Forum is known for candid sharing between peers, and the use of reflection and design thinking techniques to help make learning durable and actionable. The Forum will present three sessions at ATD26 facilitated by Forum members that will showcase how the Forum approaches talent development. One session will show how the Forum leverages peer learning and benchmarking to help TD leaders arrive at solutions to organizational challenges. Another session will feature Forum members sharing case studies related to leadership development within their organizations. The final session will walk participants through a series of reflection activities to help them integrate what they have learned at ATD26 into their professional practice.

CTDO (Chief Talent Development Officer) is a network of global learning leaders who are passionate about transformations that are shaping the field. Members explore a variety of forward-focused topics with the goal to take a position and lead the profession. CTDO has two days of programming at ATD26, one day exclusively for CTDO members and one day for CTDO members and select guests.
