Ben Nemtin to Provide Keynote Presentation at ATD 2020 in Denver

Global talent development conference takes place May 17-20

(Alexandria, VA) September 25, 2019 – Following a record attendance of 13,500 at its 2019 International Conference & Exposition, the Association for Talent Development (ATD) is pleased to announce that Ben Nemtin, #1 New York Times bestselling author and co-founder of The Buried Life movement, will provide the closing keynote presentation on Wednesday, May 20, during the 2020 International Conference & Exposition in Denver, Colorado.

Nemtin’s work inspires audiences with stories of hope, selflessness, and radical possibilities. He wowed ATD TechKnowledge 2019 attendees and received the conference’s highest ratings for a closing keynote speaker.

His story begins more than 10 years ago when he and friends took a road trip to complete items on their bucket lists. For each item they accomplished, they helped strangers cross something off their lists.

From playing basketball with President Obama to having a beer with Prince Harry, from reuniting a father and son after 17 years to surprising a girl with a much-needed bionic arm—Nemtin’s bucket list quest has inspired millions to believe that what may seem impossible is truly possible. They also inspired his #1 New York Times bestselling book What Do You Want to Do Before You Die? and the MTV show The Buried Life.

During the ATD international conference, Nemtin will be greeted by a global audience of attendees from more than 90 countries. These professionals lead the efforts in their organizations to prepare for the future of work through developing the knowledge and skills of today’s workforce. ATD 2020 will feature the largest EXPO dedicated to the talent development field with more than 400 suppliers showcasing the latest technology and trends in learning.

ATD 2020 will take place May 17-20 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado. Registration is open online and special preconference rates are available for a limited time. Follow ATD for updates about the conference on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter (#ATD2020).
