In this one-day workshop, you will learn how to use storytelling techniques to create and deliver powerful, meaningful narratives that meet training objectives and resonate with learners. A compelling story can help you explain technical content, foster a deeper connection with participants, and make training more engaging and memorable. Through hands-on practice, you’ll explore how to structure and deliver stories that captivate, clarify, and connect while meeting learning goals. By the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to successfully embed storytelling into any learning format, whether online or in-person.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Hadiya Nuriddin

Hadiya Nuriddin is the owner of Duets Learning. She has over 20 years’ experience in learning and development.She specializes in instructional design and development for both corporate and academic environments. She has extensive experience in designing, developing, and delivering both technical and professional development courses. She also designs and develops eLearning courses using the Articulate software suite. Hadiya is the author of the book StoryTraining: Selecting and Shaping Stories That Connect and contributed a chapter to ATD’s Handbook for Training and Talent Development.

Hadiya has an MEd in Curriculum Design, an MA in Writing, and a BA in English. She holds the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM), and the Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) designations.
