Using AI Assistants to Power Productivity Workshop

Course Info

This workshop empowers you to transform your professional workflow by mastering AI as a powerful digital assistant and building your own custom AI agents (Gems/GPTs). You’ll learn how to move beyond using AI as a simple search tool to unlocking advanced productivity techniques designed to make your daily work more efficient, freeing up time for more high-impact work.

During the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to evaluate different AI tools and determine how you can use them as part of your job. We’ll then move into creating your AI agent using a step-by-step process and training it to complete tasks for you, such as generating learning objectives or checking content for accessibility. Throughout the course, you’ll complete hands-on practice scenarios to build your skills. You will leave the workshop equipped with your own functional AI assistant, designed to streamline your work.

Access to an artificial intelligence large language model (LLM), such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity, on your computer is required for this course. A personal account or trial version of any tool is acceptable. If you will be using an employer-provided laptop, please ensure you can access an LLM on it.
