The hotel booking site is now open!

ATD negotiates reduced rates rooms at a selection of San Diego hotels and uses a reservation booking site powered by MCI USA Housing. We encourage you to book early for the best selection and rates. By staying in the ATD hotel block, you help support the conference and allow us to negotiate better rates for future events.

MCI USA Housing is the only official housing agent for ATD23.

Rates & Availability

Rates are available now through mid-April 2023, we encourage you to book early as some hotels will sell out quickly. Rooms will range in price from $250 per night to $335 per night, plus local taxes and fees, depending on property and guest room type.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 3 business days prior to arrival through the booking site, by contacting us at ATD@mcievents.com, or calling the Customer Service Center Monday - Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. at 800-931-6029 or 972-349-5561 (Individuals) or 800-931-6032 or 972-349-5562 (Groups).

Warning About Housing Scams

The Association for Talent Development as the owner and producer of ATD23 has designated MCI USA Housing as the ONLY official housing agent for ATD23.

Although other hotel resellers or agents posing as official ATD vendors may contact you offering discounted hotel rates, they are NOT endorsed by or affiliated with ATD in any capacity. We encourage you to work with MCI USA Housing as the ATD23 official housing agent and cannot guarantee or certify the legitimacy of other unofficial vendors. 

For your own protection, we ask that you exercise caution when making hotel arrangements. Hotel resellers or housing scammers frequently pose as official vendors offering websites and email addresses imitating ATD. They are NOT affiliated with ATD in any way. Entering into financial agreements with such companies could have costly consequences.

If you choose to work with an unofficial vendor, we strongly encourage you to verify their credentials before doing business with them, and then independently confirm that your reservations have in fact been made and will be honored by directly contacting your chosen hotel, airline and/or rental car company.

Please be sure you are booking hotel reservations directly through the MCI USA Housing links on this page or directly with a specific hotel to avoid being subject to housing scams.
