Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the ATD 2025 International Conference & EXPO. For decades ATD has gathered thousands of talent development professionals from around the world to collaborate, network, and learn together at our premier annual event.
As the conference needs have changed over the years, more responsibility has fallen on the volunteers, which at times has led to some unanticipated challenges. Also, in recent years we’ve experienced more volunteer cancellations than ever before, which in some cases placed more of a burden on volunteers who were able to fulfill their volunteer commitment each day.
As you are likely aware, ATD discontinued the volunteer program in 2024, but we still wanted to support folks who have volunteered in the past by once again providing a low-cost option to attend in Washington, DC as our way of thanking the volunteer community for all they have done to support this conference in the past.
